An autobiographical story I wrote and illustrated about a child coping with his grandfather's dementia.
I have illustrated a children's tourist guide of Kenya for the fund raising campaign launched by the charity "Giacomogiacomo" to build a school in Ongata Rongai, Kenya. The volume has been published by Sinnos in 2009 and been presented in Rome under the aegis of Unesco.Illustration2011
The City of Prince Albert (Canada) Police Service needed an image to enhance awareness on domestic violence, avoiding social and ethnic stereotypes. I created an illustration which simply represents the deceitful dynamics of domestic abuse.Illustration2011
As an Italian living and working in London, I’m constantly discovering new English-isms every day: the kind of words and sayings you’d never find in a phrasebook, but hear on the street every day.
As a visual person, I find that I remember things better if I can draw them. So every time I encounter a new English-ism, I sketch it out.
Vocabographics are sketches of words and sayings you’d never find in a phrasebook, but hear on the street every day.
